Next is the machining of the base level of the rack manufacturing parts. Generally, the datum plane mainly includes: installation base surface and foundation surface. In particular, the base surface is the most important base surface. The 4 horn milling head is used to install the knife plate, half semen, two times milling out the base surface and the base surface, and ensuring the perpendicularity of the two base surfaces. At the same time, the control size is 665, and the size is measured to be used for the processing of the other frame.
The next is to complete the closed groove. For example, in the manufacturing process of a rack, the closed groove has a transitional arc R30 to R50mm at the bottom, forming a three-dimensional surface at the corner. This process is strictly required for the processing technology. In general, it is based on the forming principle of the empty surface at the corner of the closed groove. The required spatial surface is formed by the synthesis of the arc cutting tool and the two axes numerical control linkage, and the processing requirements are completed.
Finally, the processing of the large transition circular R arc of the bottom hole in the rack manufacturing process is completed. Generally, there is a large transition arc R at the bottom of the side pressure hole, which ranges from R30 to R50mm. The general R boring cutter is unable to be machined. The special R boring cutter is designed to complete the processing of the large transition arc at the bottom of the hole.
